Marketing Account Executive | Meltham | 4-day week | £21,600 (£27,000 FTE)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,600 per year

Full-time equivalent salary: £27,000 per year

Expected hours: 30 hours per week

Working pattern: Four 7.5-hour days, with one weekday off each week

Work Location: In person, Meltham, West Yorkshire

We’re hiring an ambitious, organised and proactive Marketing Account Executive to join our growing team at Everpro.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building client relationships, coordinating marketing activity and helping creative and digital projects move smoothly from initial brief through to delivery.

You’ll work closely with our Account Director, Creative Director, web team and wider delivery team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients across marketing campaigns, content, websites, social media, paid activity and business growth projects.

This role would suit someone with around one to three years of experience in marketing, account management, project coordination or a similar client-facing role who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Working pattern

Part-time, permanent position
30 hours per week
Four 7.5-hour working days
One weekday off each week
Based at our office in Meltham, West Yorkshire

What you’ll be doing

Assist the Account Director with day-to-day account management tasks
Respond to client queries and keep clients updated on progress, deadlines and next steps
Prepare agendas, take meeting notes and follow up agreed actions
Coordinate activity across content, social media, websites, email marketing, paid advertising and offline materials
Gather information, imagery, feedback and approvals from clients
Assist with writing and reviewing social media posts, website content, email campaigns, case studies and marketing materials
Carry out competitor, audience and market research
Assist with monthly marketing reports and client updates
Monitor campaign performance, website activity and customer engagement
Help prepare proposals, presentations and other client documents

What we’re looking for

Around one to three years of experience in marketing, account management, project coordination or a similar role
Agency experience would be beneficial but is not essential
A good understanding of digital marketing, content, social media and campaign delivery
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once
Confidence communicating with clients and internal team members
A proactive, positive and professional approach
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience using project management, social media scheduling, email marketing or content management platforms would be advantageous
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress and Shopify would be useful
