Job Summary
We are seeking professional Bartenders and waiting team to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible service policies.
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system.
Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their overall experience.
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times, ensuring compliance with health standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is desirable.
Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities.
Basic maths skills for handling payments and managing tabs accurately.
Good time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a friendly demeanour.
Personal presentation should be professional, approachable, and organised. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to grow within a supportive team environment while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
