Company Description
Tumbridge Home Services (THS) is a home maintenance company. All of our engineers are fully qualified, insured and trustworthy members of our team. We cover a large variety of services needed in the home with a specialist engineer allocated to each section. Our aim is to provide the best service for our clients and customers who can expect us to attend rapidly when needed and ensure that a first-class job is carried out at every visit.

Job Description
We are currently looking for a Painter and Decorator to join our team. You will be meeting with clients and customers on a daily basis so good spoken English is required. We do rely on various apps to communicate throughout the day and to provide relevant job information so a smartphone and being comfortable to use it would be ideal, including filling in a job report.

Duties will include all types of painting and decorating. Please note, that this position is demanding and fast-paced which requires applicants to use own their initiative while maintaining professionalism and a great eye for detail.

Probation Period
1-week trial then 3 months’ probation

Salary
£140 - £160 per day (to be discussed at interview depending on experience)

Job Type
Full time - self-employed

Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Mon-Fri

Skills:
- Self-driven and have a good eye for detail
- Must be reliable and work tidy
- Sound knowledge of health and safety

Requirements:
- References required
- DBS checks carried out on all applicants

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £140.00-£160.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
