About Us:

We are a privately owned company based in Bedfordshire and engineers our team are the best you can ﬁnd in the ﬁeld that professionally supply and install your: Power Infrastructure | Gas Infrastructure | Water Infrastructure | Foul and soil drainage systems | Fibre communications and civils infrastructure with roads and footpaths alongside your renewable energy build.

Responsibilities:

Providing office support including customer and employee support
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
Taking phone messages and passing them on
Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors
Invoicing customers
Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
Inputting supplier invoices into the companies Clear Books system
Making hotel arrangements for employees
Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them
Building relationships with clients
Sending emails
Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
Writing and editing company correspondence
Collecting and sorting post
Scheduling appointments and events
Ordering office stationery and other supplies

Requirements:

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Competency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
Time Management
