Full job description

We're looking for new Part Time F&B Assistants to join our booming indoor Leisure Club Restaurant, a state of the art facility designed to provide a premier experience for our community. Featuring fitness studios, recreational areas, and a vibrant restaurant, we aim to create a welcoming space for all ages. To help us deliver exceptional service, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy their time at the club. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages and serving food prepared by our chefs. Its important for the candidate to have a focus on creating high-quality, barista-level coffee. Your friendly demeanour and attention to detail will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including expertly crafted coffees.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.
Ensure that all food and drink offerings are of the highest quality.
Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests with a smile and ensuring their needs are met.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Assist with stock management.
Support the overall operations of the club as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee making techniques.
Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a fast paced environment.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food hygiene certification is an advantage but not essential.
