Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas, ensuring that every space reflects our commitment to excellence. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will contribute to an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for guest needs
Handle laundry duties efficiently, including folding, and organizing linens and towels
Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as waste disposal, window cleaning, and floor care to uphold hygiene standards
Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications

Prior experience in housekeeping work or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
Experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is a strong plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
