Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage customer payments.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when required.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.

Experience

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Experience in serving customers, handling cash, or preparing food items will be advantageous.
Basic maths skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately.
Strong organisational skills combined with excellent time management are essential to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
