A Day in the Life

As our Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of the pastry section, producing beautiful desserts, pastries and baked goods that delight our guests.

You'll be responsible for:

Running the pastry section during service.
Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and baked goods.
Creating seasonal specials and contributing ideas to menu development.
Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.
Monitoring stock levels and minimising waste.
Upholding the highest food hygiene and safety standards.
Supporting and developing junior members of the kitchen team.
Working closely with the wider brigade to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
A genuine passion for pastry and creative dessert presentation.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service.
A positive, team-focused attitude.
A commitment to delivering consistently high standards.
