Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful planning and execution of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your proactive approach will help optimize project costs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project estimates by analyzing drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget targets.
Oversee cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle to prevent overruns and maximize efficiency.
Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and change order estimates that reflect current market prices and project requirements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify project scope, expectations, and potential risks.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies during all phases of project management.

Requirements

Proven experience in estimating and project management within the construction or related industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, costs, and scheduling techniques.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in estimating software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability in cost control practices to keep projects within budget constraints.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors.
A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
