About the role

As an experienced Supply Chain and Demand Planning leader, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of Supply Chain and Demand Planning professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
Develop and implement a rolling Supply Chain strategy to maintain market position
Ensure compliant, efficient and innovative Supply Chain processes across the organisation
Oversee delivery of Supply Chain programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards
Collaborate with Engineering, Technical and Commercial teams to optimise Supply Chain outcomes

About you

You will:

Demonstrate proven experience in leading a Supply Chain and Demand Planning team within the electronics industry
Have in-depth knowledge of UK public procurement regulations
Prove strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
Have the ability to innovate and deliver a strategic Supply Chain and Demand Planning solution
Have experience with ARAS, Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook and Microsoft Project/Visio
Hold MCIPS
