Are you passionate about property and people? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Sales Property Consultant to join our busy and highly successful Mumbles branch.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Swansea’s leading, multi-award-winning independent estate agents, where you’ll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team that truly cares about delivering exceptional results for clients.

About the Role:
You’ll be the face of the branch—building relationships, generating new business, and guiding clients through the sales process with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering and qualifying buyers
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Negotiating sales and managing offers
Supporting the branch in winning new instructions and growing the client base
Providing exceptional customer service and nurturing relationships throughout the buying and selling journey

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for property and helping people
Previous experience in estate agency or a strong sales background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving license.

Monday to Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. plus 1 in 4 Saturdays from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

23 days holidays that accrue based on years service plus all bank holidays together with 6 additional lieu days for Saturday working over a calendar year,
