Full job description

Our Key Account Executive -plays a significant role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Based in Norfolk, within the National Accounts Team, and focuses on strategic customer management, aiming to drive retention and growth through strategic account management, exceptional service and innovative solutions. this role is an opportunity to contribute to Avena's mission of delivering outstanding service and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality customer caring focused service and sales performance.
Analyse account performance metrics adapting to growth strategies
Listen to customer feedback and understand market trends to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
Strategically manage 400 plus existing key accounts.
Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute strategies and plans that support the offering of new products and services within the region.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive customer experience.
Foster strong, collaborative and caring relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless execution of strategies.

The right person for the role:

Proven experience in customer focused account management, with a strong focus on client care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proven sales background with evidence of growing quality business
Demonstrated experience in account management and sales.
Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and challenges within key accounts.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Experience of CRM software and how it can be used effectively to improve Customer Retention and drive revenue growth.
Computer Literate, proficient with Microsoft office suite software.
Available to travel (over 10%)
Full Clean driving licence.
