Job Title: Experienced Security Concierge
Location: Mayfair
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00
Reporting to: Facilities Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Concierge to join our team at a prestigious client site. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, vigilance, and an proactive approach to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all staff, visitors and contractors. You will report directly to the Facilities Manager, representing both our company and our valued client.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service while ensuring security procedures are strictly followed and enforced as appropriate.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures as may be required by your role.
Assist the reception team with visitor management, administrative and other tasks.
Liaise effectively with the client, their staff and members.

Requirements:

SIA Licence (mandatory).
Proven experience in a security, concierge, or similar customer-facing role advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
A proactive, problem-solving approach with attention to detail.
Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role.

This is a client-facing role, and the successful candidate will be subject to final approval by our client.
Relevant experience in a corporate or high-profile environment is essential.
