Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented self-employed Housekeeper to join our team to look after 2 holiday lets in Nailsworth on the same road. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our Airbnb's, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service, with an emphasis on thoroughness and efficiency in all cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel..
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
ability to travel to multiple locations around Cheltenham.
