Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional front of house member that will primarily be working behind our bar. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, serving drinks and supporting the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. Previous experience in bar work is essential, along with a passion for food and drink service.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
Assist with food preparation and organisation as required
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary
Uphold food safety standards and comply with health regulations at all times
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Barista experience is desirable but not essential; training can be provided
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
A keen interest in food, beverages, and delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
18+ only.
