Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients to promote and sell solar energy solutions, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for renewable energy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the sustainable energy movement while developing your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to assess their energy needs and present suitable solar solutions.
Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to explain product benefits, technical details, and financial advantages.
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and company targets are met.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through networking, referrals, and B2B outreach.
Manage schedules efficiently to optimise appointment setting and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate information delivery and smooth project handovers.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions using IT systems.
Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or site visits while adhering to road safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or consultative selling, preferably within the renewable energy or related sectors.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and online communication platforms.
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; willingness to travel as needed.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple appointments and tasks.

Pay: £24,420.00-£48,478.05 per year
