Full job description

Liftmax Europe Limited is a specialist Lifting and Mooring equipment solutions provider based in Oldmeldrum. We are looking for a forward-thinking, conscientious and reliable Admin Assistant to join our friendly operational team.

The successful candidate will be well organised, have good attention to detail and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to use initiative and manage a varied workload is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Processing purchase orders
Goods receipting of orders
Typing and preparing test certificates
Accurate data entry and maintaining company records
Update and maintain project trackers, logs, and digital files.
Providing administrative support to the QHSE department
General office and administrative duties
Assisting other departments as required
Undertaking various duties as requested by management

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Forward-thinking and able to use their own initiative
Conscientious, reliable and hardworking
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident working independently
A good communicator with a positive, professional attitude
Comfortable working in a busy operational environment
Competent with Microsoft Office (in particular Microsoft Excel) and general computer systems
Previous administration experience or relevant further education would be advantageous, but is not essential

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing company where you will become an important part of our operational team.
