We are seeking Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team at Little Brambles Day Nursery in Cottam, Preston. This role is vital in supporting our mission to create a stimulating environment where children lead their own learning journeys. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.
Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for children.
Support children's emotional and social development.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices.
A team‑first mindset: you bring ideas, you share wins, you pitch in.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
Great communication with children and adults (tiny humans deserve big respect)

Qualifications

Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator).
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
