Job Summary

Ethio Istanbul Healthcare Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and organised Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee daily healthcare service operations, improve administrative processes, and support high-quality patient and client service delivery. This role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional with strong leadership, compliance awareness, and service management experience who can coordinate teams, improve workflows, and support efficient healthcare business operations.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day healthcare operations, administrative services, client support, and service delivery activities.
Supervise healthcare support staff, administrative teams, coordinators, and operational personnel.
Develop and improve operational workflows, appointment processes, documentation standards, and service procedures.
Monitor KPIs, service quality, patient/client satisfaction, response times, compliance records, and operational performance.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, clients, suppliers, service partners, and internal departments.
Support staffing plans, scheduling, resource allocation, training, and team performance management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, safeguarding procedures, and healthcare service requirements.
Review operational risks, service issues, complaints, and process gaps while implementing practical improvements.
Prepare operational reports, performance updates, service reviews, and recommendations for senior management.
Support business growth through efficient systems, reliable service delivery, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience in healthcare operations, healthcare administration, clinic operations, care coordination, medical support services, service delivery, or a related field is preferred.
Previous supervisory, management, or senior healthcare administration experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of healthcare service workflows, compliance, confidentiality, patient/client support, scheduling, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, service demands, documentation, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, healthcare administration systems, scheduling platforms, reporting tools, and document management systems.
Strong attention to detail with a practical, compassionate, and service-focused approach.
