Full job description

Manage and sustaining the administration of individual volunteering opportunities, including with recruitment, training, opportunities and engagement of volunteers.
Act as a first point of contact for corporate partners on our corporate and social responsibility CSR programme, answering questions, sharing resources and encouraging CSR participation. This includes supporting partner representatives with their questions and inbox management.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation on our Salesforce system. Principal accountabilities
Ensure both corporate and individual volunteers have a fulfilling and engaging experience when volunteering with Selby Trust, in that they feel recognised and understand the impact of their contribution. Developing outline experience for corporate provider on agreement.
Work collaboratively across teams to manage logistics and ensure the smooth running of our CSR and individual volunteering programmes.
Help promote and establish inclusive volunteering opportunities.
Lead on creation and development of volunteer resources.
Lead on the monitoring and evaluation of volunteering by distributing surveys, collecting case studies and providing analysis of data obtained to evidence our impact.
Support outreach events and volunteer recruitment initiatives.
Supporting marketing initiatives such as and not limited to social media, newsletters, funding bulletins and digital communications.
Assist with the maintenance of Selby Trust online databases and systems for confidential data.
Support programme effectiveness by contributing to improving internal workflows and procedures.
Escalating any issues, monitor risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Track outputs and support managers in meeting funding requirements.
Design and execute a targeted fundraising campaign for Selby Trust activities including Selby Urban Village, Selby Food Hub and Selby Active Sport and Enrichment Holiday programmes.
Supporting the Funding and Partnerships Manager in creating compelling funding proposals, applications, and materials

Pay: £14.80 per hour
