Swindon, UK | Full-time | Office-based (Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5pm)

At Magic Touch Promotions Ltd we are looking for an Internal Sales Manager who's looking to make things happen and get rewarded for doing so.

Who are we?

Magic Touch Promotions has been helping businesses promote their brands for over 28 years.

We provide branded merchandise, workwear and PPE to customers ranging from local tradespeople to major blue-chip organisations. We handle artwork, print, embroidery, sourcing and dispatch in-house, giving us complete control over quality, turnaround times and customer experience.

The industry is competitive and fast-moving. The businesses that win are the ones that reach the right buyer first, quote fast, sample faster and stay visible between orders by building long-term customer relationships. That's where this role comes in.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Manager with proven B2B sales experience to lead sales growth across both existing and new customers, all while building and developing an internal sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll manage your own pipeline and key accounts while coaching, supporting and growing the internal sales function around you.

You'll inherit a proven sales infrastructure, established customer base and powerful AI-driven sales tools. You won't be spending your first six months building systems from scratch. Instead, you'll focus on turning opportunities into revenue and helping shape the next stage of the business.

Over the last six months, we've invested heavily in developing AI-powered sales and business tools with our in-house AI specialist. These systems are designed to help us work smarter, generate more opportunities and achieve greater success. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you do need to be excited by the possibilities and eager to learn.

You’ll have access to:

A live integration between our systems, showing exactly what customers have bought and when.
An AI powered prospecting system that generates targeted lead lists by sector, region and company size.
A 100-point lead scoring model on top of the customer base.
A custom call-queue tool that prioritises customers and prospects based on likelihood to buy - if you don’t like cold calling, this job isn’t for you.
Management dashboards with forecasting, run-rate reporting and year-on-year performance insights.
AI tools to accelerate drafting, summarising, segmenting and rewriting at speed.
Direct access to an in-house AI and automation specialist who can help create new tools and workflows to support your goals.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Sales Growth

Grow revenue across existing customer accounts.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns.
Identify opportunities within dormant accounts & re-engage previous customers.
Manage sales activity, forecasting and pipeline performance.

Team Leadership

Lead and support the internal sales team, coaching team members to improve performance and conversion rates.
Build a high-performing sales culture and support recruitment as the department grows.

CRM Management

Ensure our CRM system is up to date, accurate, organised and used effectively.
Use reporting and sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance.

What We're Looking For

Experience in promotional merchandise, print, workwear, or similar B2B industries would be helpful, but it's not essential - more important is your ability to sell, lead people and spot opportunities.

Things we care about:

You have experience in B2B sales, and are commercially minded with a focus on results
You are comfortable leading, coaching and developing others and can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
You are confident on the phone and happy engaging customers through LinkedIn, email or Teams.
You aren’t afraid of AI, and are already using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Perplexity, or are eager to learn.
You understand how to use a CRM properly and are disciplined with your pipeline. Every conversation logged, every follow up booked.
You can interpret sales data and make decisions based on what it's telling them.
You understand how modern buyers engage on LinkedIn and other digital channels and can build a presence online not just keep a profile alive.
You write clearly and communicate effectively.
You have a genuine hunger for success – we want someone that is ambitious, motivated, and open to new ways of working.

A couple of additional requirements:

You must be comfortable with cold calling. Our systems generate opportunities, but speaking to customers remains a key part of the role.
You must be comfortable working around dogs - we have a few four-legged members of the team.
