We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management and smooth operation of the Bistro and Dining Room
Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team to maintain exceptional service standards
Manage stock control
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health & safety and quality control are consistently maintained
Handle customer feedback, queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company procedures
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
Prepare staff rotas in line with business requirements
Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere throughout service

Essential Criteria:

Previous management experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment is desirable

Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond proactively to challenges
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Professional, reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to adapt and support wider business operations when required

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
