£26,500 basic + up to £5,000 campaign completion bonus

Do you want rapid responsibility, clear targets, and hands-on campaign experience in a busy regional office? Alpha UK Project is hiring a Junior Campaign Manager to join our Newcastle team to help deliver a major public-facing project starting this summer.

This is an active, people-first role. You’ll run day-to-day campaign operations, support a small frontline team and work closely with senior staff to meet deadlines and targets. Role snapshot
You will:

Oversee daily campaign activities across Newcastle upon Tyne
Lead, coach and rota-manage a team of 3–6 front-line staff
Keep schedules, targets and productivity on track
Log performance and produce short operational reports for senior management
Coordinate with marketing, logistics and client teams to solve issues quickly
Maintain quality standards and ensure excellent team conduct
