Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and professional Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
Ensure all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, are adhered to at all times
Handle cash transactions efficiently using the till system
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout your shift
Assist with setting up tables and clearing after service
Provide attentive and personalised service to enhance guest satisfaction
Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods with excellent time management skills

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or bar work is essential
Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
Good understanding of serving techniques and customer service principles
Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
Ability to work well under pressure during busy hours
Strong organisational skills and time management abilities
Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills

This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in the hospitality sector while delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment.
