Be part of one of Newcastle's most exciting new restaurant openings.

NIPO is a brand-new premium dining concept, bringing together the bold flavours of Brazil with the precision and artistry of Japanese cuisine. Opening soon on Newcastle Quayside, we are building an exceptional kitchen team and are looking for talented chefs at all levels to join us from day one.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a brand-new, high-end kitchen where quality, creativity and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. What We're Looking For

Passionate and motivated chefs with a genuine love for great food.
Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards.
Team players who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Experience in Japanese, Brazilian, steakhouse, robata, sushi or premium restaurant kitchens is an advantage, but not essential for every role.
