Full job description

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our wonderful salon team! This position is initially a fixed-term maternity cover, however, for the right candidate, our long-term goal is to transition this into a permanent role as we expand our team.

You will be stepping into an established, loyal client base in a supportive and positive salon environment that focuses on feel good self care.

What We Are Looking For:

Availability: 3 days per week - 27 hours (Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays). Optional additional shifts available during peak season / holiday cover.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy minimum.
Experience: At least 1 year hands on salon experience.
A Team Player: Reliable, organised and motivated to grow and learn

Core Treatments Required:

Nails: Manicures, pedicures, and gel polish (BIAB / nail art is a bonus).
Waxing: Efficient and comfortable with all standard face and body waxing.
Brows & Lashes: Waxing/threading, tinting, lamination and lash lifting
Massage: Relaxing and professional body/back massage treatments.
Facials: Able to analyse skin types and perform basic facial treatments

What We Offer:

A stable baseline hourly wage of £13.00/hr.
10% commission on all retail sales.
Generous tips paid directly to you.
50% off all treatments for you / 20% off all treatments for your family & friends.
