Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labourers. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe and organised environment. The position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic work setting, with all roles being paid. The ideal candidate will be proactive, physically fit, and eager to contribute to the team’s success.

Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, equipment, or products as required
Supporting the organisation and tidiness of the work area to ensure health and safety standards are met
Moving supplies, tools, or goods around the site efficiently and safely
Assisting skilled trades or supervisors with specific tasks as directed
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Participating in routine inspections and reporting any hazards or issues promptly
Supporting other team members with ad hoc duties to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

Must drive
Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous but not essential
Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects safely
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work ethic
