Full job description

35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

£15.72 per hour.

Administrators at St Monica Trust provide vital administrative support keep the team on track with key operational activities and keeping the service running to plan. The role may at times act as first point of contact for enquiries and will consistently offer support for the management team to help them to run efficient, effective and productive services.

Support the manager/s by administering and processing letters/emails, enquiries, managing diaries, room and answering the ad-hoc queries from residents or members of the public.
Oversee budget or finance related matters including liaising with the finance team.
Maintaining a well-stocked and equipped office and supplies. Making orders and reporting issues or repairs following set procedures.
Reporting on finances and other activities as required by the managers.
Accountable for bookings and communicating with the wider team and colleagues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across and externally to St Monica Trust.

Essential:

Experience of providing an administrative support service within a busy service.
Knowledge of working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access or other databases.
Evidence of customer service skills and experience.
Accurate typing skills.
Experience of managing cash flow and expenses processes.

Desirable

Administrative/secretarial qualification
Understanding of GDPR.
Experience of working in a health and social care or highly regulated environment.
Communications experience (e.g. designing posters and sharing messages on behalf of managers).

Salary Ranges:

£28,610.40 - £31,904.60
