Healthcare Assistant
Location: Northfield, B31
Pay Rate: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
Shifts: Part-Time | Short Calls | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 6:30am–8:00am

Meet Our Client

We support a friendly and sociable young lady in her 20s who lives at home with her family in Northfield.

She enjoys being part of her community and has a real enthusiasm for getting out and about, whether that’s going for walks, visiting the cinema, exploring the Sea Life Centre, or enjoying a game of bowling.

During the week, she also attends a day centre, which plays an important role in her routine and overall wellbeing.

As a member of her dedicated care team, you will provide engaging, person-centred support, meet her clinical needs, and encourage her to take part in the activities she enjoys most.

Your role will be key in helping her maintain an active, independent, and fulfilling lifestyle.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

What You’ll Need

3 months’ care experience
Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
Clear communication skills
Moving and Handling experience
