Full job description

22.5 Hours per week

Over 3 days a week

Will include 2 Saturdays a Month

Job description

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store when Manager if off.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Help Train and supervise retail staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of retail staff

Skills:
- Sales management: Ability to effectively manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages to assist diverse customer base
- Phone etiquette: Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire retail staff
- Administrative: Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and inventory management
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills to manage store operations efficiently
- Bilingual: Fluency in two or more languages is a plus for effective communication with customers from different backgrounds
