Bricklaying Tutor – Alternative Provision
Company: Century Training Academy
Location: Great Yarmouth
Job Type: Full-time (4 days per week, with potential to increase to 5)
Salary: Dependent on experience

About the Role
Century Training Academy is seeking an experienced and motivated Bricklaying Tutor to join our Alternative Provision team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support and inspire young people through practical, skills-based learning in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying sessions within an alternative provision setting
Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of learners
Support learners in developing practical skills, confidence, and employability
Maintain a safe, positive, and well-managed workshop environment
Work collaboratively with staff to support learner progress, behaviour, and wellbeing

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in bricklaying
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
