We are looking for a dynamic Business Support Administrator to join our Adult Care and Health Team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a supportive environment that helps adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and physical disabilities. As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing Meetings: Organising and coordinating meetings, including sending invites and taking notes.
Data Management: Creating and managing SharePoint lists for staffing and service requirements.
Order Processing: Handling orders efficiently and accurately.
Customer Care: Providing excellent support to our clients and team members.
Administrative Tasks: Performing a variety of business support tasks to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Experience with SharePoint for data management.
Strong numeracy skills for accurate data input.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to GDPR regulations.
