We are looking for a Commercial and Client Engagement Assistant to join our dynamic Transport & Travel Services Team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, financial, and customer support. You will ensure the smooth processing of home-to-school transport applications, travel requests, invoices, and customer inquiries. Your efforts will help us deliver compliant, cost-effective, and customer-focused transport services. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to make a real impact!

As a Commercial and Client Engagement Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Processing Applications: Accurately handle home-to-school transport applications and travel requests.
Managing Invoices: Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Transport & Travel Services Team to support service delivery.
Compliance Assurance: Help maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A good standard of education, including English Language and Maths GCSE or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
An understanding of the services provided by Nottinghamshire County Council.
Experience in administrative roles, particularly in customer service or financial processing.
