Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice in Ashton U Lyne. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth operation of the dental practice and enhancing the patient experience.

Duties

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar effectively.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Skills

Previous front of house experience is essential, preferably in a Dental Practice setting.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Proficient in using computer systems and dental software applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
