Full job description

Due to the success and expansion of One Two Three Dental Practice we are looking to recruit a new apprentice to join the team! One Two Three Dental is a Boutique Dental practice delivering fantastic dental care in our beautiful spa-like premises. We work on the principles of honest, caring and quality patient care.

We are looking for a bubbly and outgoing individual to help assist the front of house team with the day to day running of the practise.

The job role includes:

Dealing with patient enquiries in person, via email and telephone.

Maintain the upkeep of the reception/office areas

Booking and rescheduling appointments as needed.

Maintaining/ updating patients details and records.

Collecting payments as needed.

Performing general admin duties such as tidying, filing/scanning etc.

Desired skills

Excellent organisational skills

Ability to multitask within a busy environment

Basic IT skills including Excel/Microsoft

Good customer service and communication skills

Personal qualities

Extremely professional, polite and friendly

Enthusiastic with a great work ethic

Well presented

A great team player

Ability to offer a warm/approachable manner

No certificated qualifications are necessary apart from GSCE Maths/English Grace C -Equivalent or above.

We will offer the successful candidate;

Monday to Friday (No weekend work)
1 hour lunch break
