What You’ll Be Doing:

Helping our residents live life their way – from personal care to meal prep, community outings, hobbies, appointments, and keeping in touch with loved ones.
Supporting people with their care needs that may have learning disabilities, autism, complex cares, mental health and other care needs to smash their goals and celebrate their wins – big or small.
Bringing positive energy, empathy, and reliability to every shift.
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice – always.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in care is fab – but it’s your values and vibe that matter most. We’re all about heart, not just CVs.
You’re patient, proactive, and thrive as part of a team that truly supports each other.
You’ve got initiative, empathy by the bucketload, and a commitment to person-centred support.
A full UK driving licence and your own car (you’ll thank us when you’re zipping between activities with the radio on!).
You should be able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team

Shifts Available:

Day Shifts
Waking Night Shifts
Sleep in's

(Bank/zero-hours contract – choose flexibility that works for you.)

Pay:

£12.51–£14.57 per hour

Qualifications

Previous experience is desirable.
Strong resilience skills and behaviour management are highly valued.
Ability to administer medications safely and accurately is required.
Certification in first aid is preferred but can be obtained upon hiring.
A valid driving licence is necessary for transporting clients as part of the role.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others are essential for success in this position.
