Job Overview
I am seeking a dedicated Part-time Barber

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role offers flexibility for those looking to work part-time hours while honing their barbering skills in a friendly and professional environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.

The applicant must be fully qualified ans have at least 3 years shop floor experience

Responsibilities

Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaving and styling tailored to individual client preferences
Offer excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station and tools
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer styling advice when appropriate
Uphold health and safety standards in line with salon policies
Stay updated with current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques

Experience

Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently in English
Customer service skills that foster positive client relationships
Knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques is advantageous
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively during busy periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,015.50 per year
