Warehouse FLT Operative – TSP Fulfilment (Peterlee, County Durham)

TSP Fulfilment is growing – and we’re looking for experienced, motivated Warehouse FLT Operatives to join our team. As a leading ecommerce order fulfilment business, we work closely with trusted partners like Amazon, DPD, and Royal Mail to deliver excellence every day.

The Role

Location: Peterlee, County Durham
Hours: 40 hours per week over a 7-day rota (paid overtime available)

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and dispatching ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
Operating MHE Counter balance and Flexi trucks safely and responsibly
Using warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid FLT licence and experience operating MHE
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
A team player who is respectful, collaborative, and proactive
