Key Responsibilities

Follow recipe standards and maintain consistency in every dish
Keep hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at the highest level
Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes
Adapt to catering requirements for guests, dining experiences, and hotel events
Relay feedback from guests and team members to senior chefs
Support preparation for Michelin‑standard dishes and luxury dining experiences
Assist with menu elements inspired by the award‑winning spa and wellness offering

Person Specification

Genuine passion for food and hospitality
Eager to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Basic kitchen and knife skills appropriate to the role level
Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards
Creative, attentive, and proud of your work
Able to work collaboratively under pressure
