General Assistant - IMMEDIATE START

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team.

This is a permanent position with variable hours but typically offering 30+ hours per week, with the opportunity to work 4–5 days per week.Pay£14.75 per hour with access to the bonus scheme after the probation period.

Working Hours 07:30 – 15:00 4–5 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

About the Role: You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional stay. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our property.

Key Responsibilities: Serving Breakfast to up to 28 guests. Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an exceptional standard.Maintaining cleanliness in public areas.Changing bed linen and replenishing guest amenities.Reporting maintenance issues or damaged items.Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed. What We're Looking For A keen eye for detail and pride in your work. A commitment to delivering exceptionally high standards of cleanliness.A positive, reliable and flexible attitude.Good time management and the ability to work efficiently.Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What We Offer: £14.75 per hour. Permanent employment. Hours for this role will vary but should be around 35 hours per week.
