Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Part-Time Bar Team Member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the bar, expertly serving drinks, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're mixing cocktails or providing exceptional customer service, your contribution will be vital to our success. This position offers flexible hours perfect for those passionate about the food and beverage industry and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or promotions.
Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions.
Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready.
Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

Previous experience working in a food service or hospitality setting is preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub environments.
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
Experience in catering, banquet service, or retail math will be advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety standards, alcohol serving regulations, and proper food handling procedures is essential.
Strong customer service skills combined with a positive attitude to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
Nightclub or brewing experience can be a plus for those looking to expand their hospitality expertise. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
