Front of House / Customer Service Advisor

Location: Lushington Motors
Job Type: Full-Time

Join the Team at Lushington Motors

Lushington Motors is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front of House / Customer Service Advisor to become the face of our busy workshop.

If you enjoy working with people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers on arrival and providing a warm, professional welcome.
Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs.
Answering telephone calls and assisting customers with enquiries.
Responding to emails and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
Ordering vehicle parts and liaising with suppliers.
Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
Managing appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
Supporting the workshop team with day-to-day administration.
Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Good computer skills, including email and office software.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or motor trade role is desirable but not essential.
