Salary: £13.45 per hour, plus paid Mileage. Additional benefits include Employer pension scheme, Consistent shift patterns and Weekly Pay.

Paid Mileage: at 35p per mile

4 Days on 4 days off shift pattern.

About the Role

As a young adult support worker, you will provide person-centred care to a Young Adult in Falkirk helping them regain independence in their own home and in the community.

Your duties include:

Personal care
Meal preparation and basic cooking
Light household tasks
Social visits- such as attending college, day centres, shopping etc.
Companionship and emotional support

What We Are Looking For

Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are required.
Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
Ability to work 12 hours shifts on the 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
Experience with challenging behaviour is essential.
Good English communication skills
