We have been successfully trading for over 15 years, employing over 170 office staff and over 3000 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team who will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our customers and subcontractors.

What you’ll be doing as a Glow Green Operations Coordinator
- Support customers with general customer enquiries and technical support by phone and email in a professional manner;
- Be the face of Glow Green for customers, engaging with them in a way that shows we really care about doing the right thing for each of them;
- Help and support customers need repair work completing, following company procedures and arranging for engineers to attend appointments;
- Decide within our guidelines the best problem fix for each individual customer who has had a problem, and recommend new options if needed;
- Communication is key. You need to ensure that you keep on top of updating customers and have demonstrable empathy and rapport building skills;
- Work alongside the technical service managers and help customers who have technical queries relating to their installations;
- Own your customers who require further work completing in order to complete their installation and see them through to completion;
- Proactively work with other business areas to ensure customer queries and appointments are managed effectively.
The ideal Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who:
- At least 2 years experience within a customer operational role or similar;
- Experience in multi tasking and needing to be extremely organised;
- Skilled at problem solving;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment;
- Team Player.
