Are you a skilled, hands-on Tyre Fitter who takes real pride in doing the job right? Simply Automotive Ltd — an accredited Castrol Service Centre based in Poole — is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tyre Fitter to join our busy, friendly, and professional workshop team.

We're Simply Automotive Ltd, a proud Castrol Service Centre with a reputation built on quality, honesty, and exceptional customer service. Our workshop is a busy, well-run operation and our team is tight-knit, supportive, and passionate about what they do. We look after our customers — and we look after our staff too.

The Role

As our Tyre Fitter, you'll be a vital part of the workshop floor — keeping our customers safe on the road and keeping the workshop running smoothly. Day to day you'll be:

Fitting, removing, and replacing tyres on a wide range of vehicles
Carrying out wheel balancing and wheel alignment checks
Inspecting tyres for wear, damage, and safety issues — and advising customers clearly
Repairing punctures and diagnosing tyre-related problems
Fitting and checking tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
Carrying out basic vehicle checks including brakes, exhausts, and suspension
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a fast-fit environment (preferred but not essential — we'll train the right person)
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a busy workshop
A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for the trade
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety at all times
Good communication skills — able to speak confidently with customers
A team player who's also comfortable working independently
Full UK driving licence (required)
