Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Part-time Front of House Assistant, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a positive first impression
Manage reservations, walk-in inquiries, and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly
Support event setup and breakdown, ensuring all front-of-house areas are organized and welcoming
Coordinate with team members to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and smooth daily operations
Handle cash register transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems for food and beverage sales
Assist in managing guest feedback and reviews to uphold high service standards

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
Strong management skills to oversee daily front-of-house activities and support team coordination
Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated hospitality skills with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a friendly demeanor that embodies excellent guest services
