Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, food service, and creating memorable customer experiences. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable, along with a keen interest in food safety and presentation. The position is fully paid and suitable for those eager to develop their skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed to support the kitchen team
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Bar work and cellar management
Handle payments accurately using the POS system
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, including roles such as waiter/waitress or barista
Knowledge of catering and food safety regulations is advantageous
Familiarity with serving techniques and food presentation skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational abilities
A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
