Full job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our clients premises. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
Empty and replenish bins.
Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handles.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Attend training sessions to stay informed about proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall cleanliness goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

Weekend availability is imperative.
Ability to work flexible hours if required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.

Days:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
16:30pm - 20:30pm
