Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Part-time Barista and bring your passion for coffee and exceptional customer service to life! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing excellent service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and dining spaces
Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed to uphold health regulations
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including handling cash, card payments, and issuing receipts
Restock supplies such as cups, lids, coffee beans, and other essentials to keep operations running smoothly
Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quick turnaround times during busy periods

Experience

Previous barista experience is demanded and customer interaction is key
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve engaging with diverse customers
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
