Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Barista and become the heart of a lively, welcoming coffee environment! In this role, you must be able to do latte art and matcha , serve customers with enthusiasm, and ensure every visit is an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, ice lattes , matchas and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent service throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times
Handle cash register operations, process payments efficiently, and give correct change using basic math skills
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or snacks to complement beverages
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and reduce wait times
Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff

Requirements

Previous barista experience necessary, can also make matcha
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to uphold hygiene regulations
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory checks
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members positively
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks involved in food preparation and service
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
