Overview

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Pizza Maker and bring delicious, handcrafted pizzas to life! In this dynamic role, you'll be the heart of our kitchen, transforming fresh ingredients into mouthwatering creations that delight our guests. Your passion for food preparation and culinary excellence will shine through as you craft authentic pizzas in a fast-paced, energetic environment. We’re looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their kitchen skills and contribute to a memorable dining experience for every customer.

Duties

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care.
Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station in compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies or expired items.
Support team members during busy periods by helping with meal preparation and serving when needed.
Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, especially related to pizza making and meal preparation.
Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices within a restaurant setting.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards serving customers and supporting colleagues.
Basic understanding of restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service principles.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to evolving kitchen needs.
